Socamotion Fitness & Wellness introduces.... SocaShakers!
Socamotion classes expecially for teens aged 11 to 18
Get your young one up and moving as they learn healthy habits, good nutrition, and even Caribbean culture while getting active exercise. Similar classes have been held since 2010 at Medgar Evers College and recently at Brooklyn Children's Museum and the Caribbean Women's Health Association. Classes last for 1 hour and feature easy-to-follow routines that include our entire dance fitness series and short workshops on nutrition and healthy living. They will be lead by our instructors who have backgrounds in teaching and public health.
